File Concierge Privacy Policy

File Concierge processes your documents locally on your Mac. The app does not collect or transmit your documents, extracted text, folder paths, organization plans, or filing history to the developer or an external AI service.
Folder access
The app accesses folders you explicitly authorize through macOS. You can remove authorized folders in the app.
Apple Intelligence
Optional AI features use Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. Availability depends on your Mac, system settings, language, region, and model readiness.
Local storage
The app stores settings, folder permissions, filing rules, organization plans, document excerpts, and operation history locally to provide its features.
Data controls
Settings provides Clear Cached Text and Clear History controls. Saved organization plans must be removed separately using Remove Saved Plan. Interrupted-operation records may be retained for recovery.
Tracking
The app does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
