We do not require users to submit personal information such as name, address, or date of birth to use our Services.
2.2 Garmin Data Access
If you choose to connect your Garmin account, we access only the minimum data required to provide our Services.
- Structured workout data generated by our applications
- We do not access completed activity history
- We do not access health metrics (heart rate, sleep, VO₂ max, etc.)
- We do not access profile information
- We do not access device or firmware information
3. How We Use Garmin Data
Garmin data is used solely for the following purpose:
To create and load structured workouts into a user’s Garmin account at the user’s explicit request.We do not use Garmin data for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Garmin data is not stored on LandWare servers
- Data is processed only on the user’s device
- No Garmin data is retained after workout delivery
5. Data Sharing and Selling
We take a strict approach to data protection.
- We do not sell user data
- We do not share user data with third parties, except for infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate our Services
These providers do not receive Garmin data and are contractually obligated to protect any limited information they process.
6. User Control and Data Deletion
- You may disconnect your Garmin account at any time through Garmin settings
- Because we do not store Garmin data, uninstalling the app removes all locally stored information
- No additional deletion request is required
7. Cookies and Analytics
- No tracking cookies are used
- No analytics services are used
- No advertising or marketing trackers are used
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
