LandWare LLC (“LandWare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Solvra mobile application and related services (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App and website.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Calculator inputs such as numbers, dates, and values you enter.
• Saved calculations or favorites, if you choose to save them.
• Support communications if you contact us by email.

Calculator inputs are used solely to provide results. We do not sell them or share them for advertising.

Information Collected Automatically

We may collect limited technical information to operate and improve the App, including:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Crash reports and performance data
• Anonymous usage data (for example, which calculators are used)

This information is used to improve stability and performance and is not intended to identify you personally.

Purchases

If you upgrade to Pro, purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase entitlements and restore purchases across devices.

iCloud Sync (If Enabled)

If you enable iCloud sync, saved calculations and preferences may be stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide calculator functionality and results
• Save and restore calculations (if enabled)
• Unlock Pro features after purchase
• Improve app stability and performance
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the App, including:

• Apple (app distribution, purchases, iCloud)
• RevenueCat (purchase management)
• Analytics or crash reporting services (aggregated, non-personal data)

Service providers are required to protect information and use it only to provide services to us.

4. Data Retention

• Calculator inputs are processed locally and retained only if you choose to save them.
• Saved data remains on your device or iCloud until you delete it.
• Support communications are retained only as long as necessary to respond.

5. Your Choices

You can:

• Delete saved calculations at any time
• Disable iCloud sync in system settings
• Uninstall the App to stop all data collection

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Informational Use Disclaimer

Solvra provides estimates and calculations for informational purposes only. The App does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use the information provided.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
