Installation Instructions

Save the file to your Desktop

Open or double-click the file that was
saved to your Desktop

Follow the on-screen instructions

Perform an ActiveSync
Registered and trial versions are identical. This application will function for 14
days before requiring you to enter a valid activation code. This
period is provided for the express purpose of product evaluation
prior to purchase.
Note: If you have already
activated this product and are reinstalling it, you may not be asked
to re-enter your activation code. If you need a new activation code,
click here.

If you have registered an earlier version
of this application, you may install a free update by following the
instructions below: |
Please Note:
This upgrade requires Pocket PC 2003, 2003SE or Windows Mobile 5.
Pocket PC 2002 and earlier are
not supported.
Uninstalling Shanghai from both the handheld
and desktop is optional, but recommended as it will free up memory
used by the older version.
STEP 1
Preserve your old
Shanghai layouts and collections
Note: Your high scores will automatically be
imported into the new version of Shanghai during the installation process.
STEP 2
Remove Shanghai from the
handheld
STEP 3
Remove Shanghai from the
desktop

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove
Programs
-
Select LandWare Shanghai
and remove it

Select LandWare Shanghai Bonus Pack and remove it
STEP 4
Download
and install the latest version of Shanghai
Go to the top of this page to download and install the
Shanghai update. Once installation is complete, go to the
next step to obtain your new activation code.
STEP 5
Request
a new activation code
The registration used in this version of
Shanghai has been updated. As a result, your old code WILL NOT WORK with
this new version.
