It is important to us that
our products can be bought with total confidence. In addition to
offering free fully functioning test drive versions of our
software we offer the following refund policy.
If you are not 100%
satisfied with any product purchased from LandWare, Inc. you may
receive a prompt replacement or refund, subject to the terms and
conditions outlined below.
IMPORTANT: Before
returning any item you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number by calling our sales support team at
(201) 670-0144. Products will not be accepted without an RMA
number.

Product was purchased direct from LandWare, Inc. no more than 30 days prior to the return request.

All shipping charges associated with returned items are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Products are returned in their original condition along with any associated packaging, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
Unfortunately LandWare cannot issue credits
for:

Products not purchased from LandWare directly.
If you purchased your LandWare product from a reseller or distributor you must contact them directly for return instructions. Returns are subject to the return policies of the individual vendor. Please note that some of our resellers do not offer return policies and the sale of their products are considered final (non-returnable).

Damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.

Products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation.

Products purchased direct from LandWare more than 30 days prior to a product return request.
