Quick Reports Create Instant Summaries of Your Financial Activity

With just two taps you can quickly check how many times you've filled up at the gas station this month or used your new credit card to make purchases at Blockbuster in the past 90 days. These are just two examples of how you can summarize transactions using any combination of amount, payee, category, class, memo, account and or transaction attribute. Once created, any QuickReport result can be further customized and sorted by account, payee, amount and more. A bottom line summary can display total outflows, net spending, item count, and more.

Quickly Access Account Details

A single tap summarizes your financial activity, including current and ending balance, credit limit, account number and the primary contact who may be dialed directly if the software is running on a compatible smartphone. Your personal account list may be sorted by preferred accounts, account names, or types, and the flexible font and display parameters let you clearly define the appearance of the account and register lists. There are no built-in limits to the number of accounts you can track or the time period you can keep on your device.

Lightning Fast Data Entry

Included are two of Quicken's most popular time saving shortcuts: QuickFill™ and Memorized transactions. Combining these features enable you to record day-to-day transactions with only two strokes of the stylus. Just start writing the Payee's name and a new transaction is automatically created with all the details filled out. Pocket Quicken's unique "Transaction Priority Mode" allows you to start entering a transaction no matter where you are in the program.

Maintain and Track Your Budgets

Pocket Quicken's budget section provides a quick and easy way to track how much has been spent or saved within any given category. Now even while away from home you can check where the money is going and how much you have left. Or in the case of a savings budget, the amount to reach a set goal is clearly identified. In addition, Pocket Quicken can even suggest a budget amount based on prior financial activity*. In order to determine how a budget has been used, the program's QuickZoom feature instantly displays the transactions that contribute to any given budget.

Scheduling Payments

Automatically scheduling payments and deposits will help save time and serve as a portable reminder to pay bills when they're due. The program's flexible scheduling options allows transactions to be automatically entered weekly, monthly, last day of month, every two months, quarterly, annually and more. A pop-up reminder with account name, date, amount and memo appears when a transaction is due. Options once the scheduled time has been reached include: pay now, skip payment or defer the entry of the payment until a more convenient time.

Account Reconciliation

If running Pocket Quicken as a stand alone financial manager, the program allows you to run a fully featured reconciliation function. Even on a train, subway or plane you can take the time to ensure that your records are in sync with your bank's statements. Pocket Quicken even lets you complete a reconciliation at a more convenient time, if necessarily.

Pocket Quicken takes advantage of today's high resolution screens to display a design never previously possible. With its full support for high resolution fonts and graphics Pocket Quicken's new streamlined interface makes even the ugliest of finances more appealing. Your Financial Data is Protected

Assigning your own private PIN number to Pocket Quicken helps ensure that only you have access to your financial activity. To further protect the Pocket Quicken customer, account details are enciphered on the handheld. And to protect against prying eyes while sitting on a plane, one's account numbers may be kept hidden as well. If synching with the desktop Pocket Quicken also maintains a backup of your transactions each time you sync your handheld.

Foreign Currency Support

Foreign currencies are an integrated part of Pocket Quicken and the program lets you seamlessly record a hotel bill paid in Swiss Francs or gifts purchased in New Zealand dollars while the program automatically takes care of the currency conversion. For future reference, Pocket Quicken conveniently places the original amount in the memo field and any currency can be set as the home currency. The program allows the consumer to maintain an extensive list of currencies (including rates, symbols, shortcut keys, etc) and a currency type can be set for each individual account.

Built-in Calculator

For those important on the fly calculations, use the instant pop-up calculator and have the result of the calculation automatically placed in the amount field of your transaction.
