To edit a currency conversion
Specifying the exchange rate
The rate you specify is the exchange ratio from the base currency. The
base currency normally (but not necessarily) corresponds to your local monetary
system and has an exchange rate of 1.0 The other exchange rates are expressed
as fractions of that base rate.
ie BaseCurrcy = ForeignCurrcy x rate
Example: US based rate form.
US dollars is the base currency and has a rate of 1.0
1 $US = $NZ1.60 and so the NZ dollar has a rate of 1.6
1 $US = 0.62 pounds and so the UK pound line has a rate of 0.62
